Your Background
Tracy Debrita Gamelin has always been involved with athletics. She starting competing in bodybuilding and figure in 2007, and immediately rose to the top of her divisions. Tracy enjoys the challenge that comes from weight training, and also considers it a great stress reliever.
But bodybuilding is not Tracy's only love. She considers family and her children to be her top priority. Bodybuilding and figure come second in her life.

Training
What is your training philosophy?
Tracy Debrita Gamelin trains 5 days a week. She trains each upper body part twice a week, one day high volume, the second day lower volume.
What workout works best for you?
- Monday - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
- Tuesday - Legs and Calves
- Wednesday - Back, Biceps and Traps
- Friday - (Low Volume) Chest, Shoulders and Calves
- Saturday - (Low Volume) Back and Biceps
Nutrition
Give us a typical day in your diet (off season):
Tracy Debrita Gamelin sticks to a very rigid diet plan. She rotates between two meal plans, sticking to one for the first 3 days, and then rotating in a second on day 4.
Days 1-3
- Meal #1 - 1/2 grapefruit, 5 eggs, 1 egg yolk
- Meal #2 - Can of tuna, large salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing
- Meal #3 - 4 oz. turkey, 2 cups green beans, 10 almonds
- Post-Workout - 1 scoop whey and 2 scoops Xtend
- Meal #4 - 4 oz. chicken, 2 cups broccoli, 10 almonds
- Meal #5 - 4 oz. chicken, 2 cups green beans
Day 4
- Meal #1 - 1/2 grapefruit, 5 eggs, 1 egg yolk
- Meal #2 - Can of tuna, large salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing
- Meal #3 - 4 oz. turkey, 2 cups green beans, 10 almonds
- Post-Workout - 1 scoop whey and 2 scoops Xtend

- Meal #5 - 8 oz. sweet potato, 2/3 cup oats, 1/2 banana, 10 almonds
Note: A couple weeks prior to a competition, Tracy switches all her protein sources to tilapia. She also mixes Sciavation Xtend with a gallon of water, and drinks that each day.

Tracy would like to compete as long as possible. She is currently working towards certification as a personal trainer, and looks forward to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
