Teena lives a very active lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, fishing, waterskiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, yoga and pilates. Teena also works as a personal trainer. 10 months prior to entering, and winning her first competition, Teena had given birth to her second child.

What is the best tip you'd give to women thinking about competing?
"Believe in yourself, anyone can do it...anyone! Don't worry about your genetics, just find your drive!"

I want to be part of something bigger...part of a group that shares the same common interests, goals and dreams.

Hi Teena,
first of all congrats on opening your new business in Burns Lake.
I'm from Burns lake too and I've heard of you but we haven't met yet. Like you, I've competed for 2 years but not at your level.
I don't have any formal competition pictures but you check out some of my pictutes.
Hope to meet you sometime.
I'll be volunteering in the High School again starting September and hopefully I'll start my preparing for my next competition in 2011.
