Your Background

Don has always enjoyed working out. But despite his hard work, he found that he just wasn't achieving the body he wanted. Then Don discovered that training was only half the equation. He modified his daily diet, and quickly lost 15 pounds.

He is a father of 4, and entered his first competition at the age of 46. Don is currently working towards his ACE personal trainer certification.

Just want to congratulate you on your results, good work. im working towards a body like yours at the moment, being training a couple of years now. only 20 years old so, could i have a look at your diet plan? do you go out drinking, ever?? cheat day??

Hello. Your body is great. Please provide me the program Now I can take into the stomach and my body to be cut and muscular. Give me the training program but also the diet without losing muscle. Thank you

Hi and thank you,I'm a handicapped guy ,I have a rare brain disorder,one of the side effects are tremors,so I can't more than 15lbs. Last year I lost 50lbs,I need to lose another 30-40lbs more.
My ? is shold I use a mass building workout since I can only 15lbs max (like german volume technique)and relie on diet for sliming down or use a cutting routing?
I know my situation is not common,I been cleared medical to workout,my doc.has no leads for me on trainers.
Any advice will be helpfull.
