Alfred Arnold competed for the first time in 2009. He enjoyed the experience, and is looking forward to hitting the stage again. His goal is to win a pro card. Alfred is a family man, and keeps his 2 children very active. They enjoy hiking, biking, and - of course - tennis. (Alfred is a tennis coach) Alfred's wife, Jenny Arnold, is a personal trainer and competitor.

My wife always says to her clients, "Muscle Knows NO Age! It only Knows Activity".
