September Supps Question:

I don’t have much money and want to try a supplement to help with my training, which supplement would be considered to be most important?

Answer:

Protein, All muscles are made of protein, every aspiring bodybuilder or regular weight trainer should consume 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight every day, most of that should come from wholefood sources like beef, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products, but supplementing with a protein.

Whey, casein, or mixed protein powders are all considered good choices and makes it easier to reach your daily protein quota. Few supplements are as efficient when you take them after your workout. Add a decent shaker and the protein powders become incredibly convenient. Mix the powder and water, shake it up and go.
