May Training Question:
I want to build the peak of my biceps, what is the best way to achieve this?
Answer:
The best exercise for achieving a peak to the bicep is the EZ preacher curl; this exercise gives bicep a higher peak and a fuller bicep. To perform this exercise lean over the preacher bench, so that the armpits are on the pad, take a loaded bar, place you hands on either the first or second camber, slowly lift the bar upwards towards your face, lower the bar slowly. Do not rebound at the bottom. Perform 4 sets of 10-12 reps, Make sure your technique is good and the weight is not too heavy. Make sure you hold the contraction briefly at the top.
