I hear a lot about antioxidants, but which are popular ones?
Answer:
There are many options when it comes to which antioxidants to use that appear to provide the most favorable effects. Well documented antioxidants include vitamins C and E. Fruits and vegetables such as blueberries, cranberries, apples, tomatoes, peppers, and leafy greens are examples of excellent sources of antioxidants.
