Welcome to the February edition of Muscle&Strength eMagazine! You may have noticed a few things have changed around here in the eMag and a few new pages have been added. Check out the news page for all the info on that.

Two more really important events happened on the site in January. Firstly, we are running a monthly article competition for our forum members. Members have the chance to win $100USD worth of bodybuilding supplements and gear. For details on the comp, check out this forum thread and the competition page.

Secondly, we have added a gallery to the site. Each member of the forum gets their own gallery where they can upload their progress pics or pics of their favorite bodybuilders and athletes. Check out the gallery here.
