Wont be real, they are too developed just in the one place, his waist is still wide, there are no transverse abdominal muscle (side) and the rest of his body is not defined.....

------------------------------ Over-training - Often a term used to describe a routine which has too many sets,reps and exercises
My Training - Often classed as over-training due to the high volume/workload... Its only over-training if gains stop coming and energy levels drop!
Helping you train - I only give advice on what i have tried and found successful, We are all different so be open minded to the fact that what works for you wont always work for me!
