And they each probably carry around 1000 lbs of fat on their body. Great proof on its not how much you can lift, its how much can you lift without carrying as much in fat on your body.

Yes they can lift a lot 1,000 pouns is unworldly and I give them all the credit in the world but you wouldn't think that if you saw them walking down the stree and did not know who they were. They carry a lot of fat on thier bodies which is not what I would call attractive. I'd rather be of average strength and look defined and muscular than fat and super strong. That's just me. Still, 1000 pounds is very good.

(WAIST 38 inches)

(WRIST 7.50 inches)
Goal is to Lose weight ( fat ) to 195lb, Build muscle & maintain. Starting Weight 252lbs, Weight loss to date is 24 lbs.
