My top one is probably the guy at my gym who swings dumbbells as a "shoulder warm up"....he apparently wants to shred his rotator cuff....that is just fine but if I ever see one of those things go flying he'd better hope it knocks me out! LOL
if he ever quits then my top pick would be dumbbells/plates not put away or not in correct order....

Cant train properly when there's too many people in so overcrowding has to be top for me

Not putting weights away...., nothing worse than going to do a warm up only to find the bars with weights on and you have to empty them.....
In my gym everyone puts their weights away......Or they get a free transfer to another gym of their choice....lol

This was a very close second but i'd rather have the equipment to use even if i have to take the weights off first than it all be in use

I don't get annoyed too often at the gym, but one time I was VERY close to saying a few choice words  I was working out on a squat rack - doing RDLs. Went to the fountain to get some water. Come back 30 seconds later there's a group of 5 teen boys doing shoulder presses. Took my weight down and everything. I am like 'What da Heck?' I had my bag near by too. Dang, I should have said something...instead I had to finish my last set of RDLs at a different station.
