I would have to say people not wiping the machines down that they used. I would consider myself as a clean and neat person. I don't like dirtiness and don't want to take a chance of getting ring worms from someone elses dirtiness.

crowdness is really messed up. She gym I go is small gym . its my university gym and everybody goes to the gym when classes finish. during that time its crowded as hell . everytime need to look for dumbels all around and ask people to share. also need to add or remove weights from bar every time. . . .

Ya i agree with you 100%, hate it when i get to a machine or bench and it has not been cleaned by the dude who used it before. Drives me up the wall.

even tho im not going to a gym myself i spot a friend sometimes .... the most annoying habit its propably people that are throwing the weights down with big force lol , maybe some no sense excessive groaning and last but not least not putting the plates and dumbells away.

I had a hard time between picking weights up and groaning. But groaning took 1st place as it ****es me off and i wish i could shut those dudes up. I am not big enough yet -_-

I groan when i go heavy or in last sets... u mad??


worst gym habit is been on a bench doing nothing meanwhile other need it to really workout

For me it's still overcrowding and weights not being put away properly. Leaving a few 45's on a leg press (3 or less) is one thing but when you find the 45's stacked on top of 25's on the weight tree, or 100's next to the 55's on the dumbbell rack it just drives me nuts.

One more annoying thing to me is : people touching me or hitting me hand while Im doing dumbell exersices. I mean they hit or touch my hands while passing by. That is really annoying. specially when im doing heavy weight (heavy weight for me).
