Over-training - Often a term used to describe a routine which has too many sets, reps and exercises

My Training - Often classed as over-training due to the high volume/workload... Its only over-training if gains stop coming and energy levels drop!

Helping you train - I only give advice on what i have tried and found successful, We are all different so be open minded to the fact that what works for you wont always work for me!

About 8 years, maybe a little more, by months...prior to that I just did sports from year to year, have done: judo, Tae Kwon Do, football, squash, yoga, jogging (pre damaged knee), badminton...and a smaller amount of some other sports/interest which are not worth listing. Variety is the spice of life but weights and cardio seem to fit the bill as a complement to all the other sports out there...wish I'd known that sooner.

10 weeks

But always enjoyed sport and was a competetive runner for about 20 yrs, knee injury stopped that, now I only jog 2 times a week in addition to my 3 weight days and 3 cardio days.
