I chose barbell row. It's the best thing for back thickness in my opinion:
2nd place: Incline DB bench Press/ DB shoulder press
3rd place: DB preacher curls

I would have to say that there isn't just one that I like to do but a whole rather a certain day that I like more than others. This would have to be shoulder day. I mean come on your shoulders swell up huge and you look like a monster, My traps make me look like my neck is 2 inches shorter and my shoulders make me look half a foot wider, I would have to say no other day does it for me like shoulder day.

wow my last post didn't make sense when I re-read the first part, it should read more like this. I would have to say that there isn't just one I like to do but rather a certain muscle group that I like to do more than the others. There fixed...

My favorite exercise is, of all things, standing calf raises. I don't know why, I just always look forward to doing them.

yeah same here - enjoy certain days rather than specific excersises, but must say like tricep extension as i feel it everytime i do them....

Squats for me, i love how hard it is to do this crazy exercise, you aren't working out until you're squatting. Next to the squats comes Shoulder press.
