Im sure the training for boxing is tough but I dont think it compares to the conditioning needed to play competitive soccer. Wrestling is tough too but i think soccer wins in the end..!

Soccer u mad !!! i played semi-pro for awhile and yeh its pretty hard but doesnt touch on boxing or a fighting sports training.. Even the pros dont train tha hard well yes they train hard but its not like hours upon hours of training well not in england at least most of the day is spent reviewing previous games and talking to the staff about how they can improve etc

Ok wrestling is top overall, i do wrestling and boxing, wrestling is much harder. Have you seen college guys train, they run till they puke and even then they don't stop. Dan Gable (best olympic wrestler ever) coached Iowa and when a kid broke his ankle practice didn't halt for a second, they pulled him out on a stretcher and kept going. My friends that did football and wrestling say wrestling is much harder, and we have a good football team, state runner ups.

I know its not on the poll. But Chinese Olympic Weightlifting team. Besides being on gear, there is a reason why they are smashing records, and totally dominated at the Beijing Olympics.

They simply train like animals, and devote their entire life to winning gold. I don't know any sports where they start training them that vigorously at an early age.

My view on sports is shaped based on my school. The wrestling team was the least funded but we have the hardest training, so wrestling followed by boxing then soccer then football. We have a good football team but the training is so easy, it is pathetic.
