This may be biased b/c I am involved in MMA to some degree, but when you take into account the amount of cardio involved coupled with the fact that you are opposing another person's power and desire to submit you, MMA has got my vote hands down. Boxing and wrestling are close, but MMA encompasses everything into one discipline.

1. Football
2. Wrestling
3. Hockey
But basketball is a pretty rigorous sport too with all the running.

Of the options i would say boxing then wrestling.
Of any sport I'd say cycling, at least after watching those boys in the mountains over in france this weekend. Just watch the L'Alpe D'huez stage on Wednesday 23rd if you doubt.

Pro Cycling is the most rigorous of all sports hands down. Next is boxing.

I've read Lance Armstrong's classic bestseller book and he said that pro elite cycling at his level is the most rigorous competition sport in the world. Just reading how he trains will tire you out.
