So nice to see that the majority, so far, are training from 30 mins to 1 hour. Some sensible trainers on here, not like some of the 2hrs plus ones that you can see in every gym..

But on few days, where I do cardio after light weights or when I go overboard on abs, the WO might stretch to 1:20 (that too becuase of rest breaks)

Usually 60 mins (including abs)

I try to work out atleast 25 hours a day, but I've been too busy, so I've had to cut it back to about 45 minutes a day instead.

Usually about 45mins, never more than an hour

I try to keep it to 45 mins but often with warmup, stretches and if i do abs if goes a bit over

One and a half hours usually including the 15-minute cardio.

one hour is good for me and thats including 10 minutes cardio.

My cardio and weight lifting make it about an hour and a half. That 50 minutes on a treadmill sucks!
