usually about 1-1.5 hours for me. 8 min for warm up, 60 for weights, and 15min cool down.

I tried a straight 8- and collapsed at my front door
For those unfamiliar with a straight 8, its literally 8 hours, total body
50 minute workouts seperated by 10 minute down times
I started with cardio to warm up... treadmill and a row machine 25 and 25 mins
Then i blasted a heavy bag 50 mins straight
I went with dumbells and bench presses ( nothing o.d... i was trying to survive the full 8) single arm curls with a progressive weight increase and a bench strsight to incline at 215 steady
I ripped the speed bag ( damn my arms wouldnt stop burning)
Dips and squats every set increasing by 20 lbs 25 and 25 min
Suicides----- they are killer----( i lost count at 76)
run in place drop push up get up and do it again
and i ran full speed ( the only speed left in me) and jogged the last 10 minutes.
I was exhausted
hittin the clutch in my pick up on the way home i wanted to cry- my legs hurt so much more than my arms...
Im not a marathon runner - im a fighter- my trainer laughed the whole time- im still on hiatus from training since... damn i needed 2 days off, back at it tommorow- no lazy asses around here.......Ill writet my straight 8 workout in better detail, later and more organized this is just so you get the idea.
I made it up my front steps and my legs gave out under me walking into my house, it was embarassing and yet fulfilling---- i often go to true fail..... but no with an after shock lol

With cardio, lifting and shower I'm usually at the gym around 2 hours... sometimes a bit more sometimes a bit less, but actual lifting time is around an hour, 10 min warm up then do 30-45 min of cardio after I'm done lifting.

it depends for me on the actually body part im training. if im doing my legs, then i usually do a 30min ride. switching from lv 8-15. every other group i do 15mins easy work on the rower to warm up. then about 45 mins for the muscle group im doing, and again, dependant on the day, ive got abs as well at the end of the group. anywhere from 45mins to 1:30.

Depends on how many people i train with. But usually 1 - 1.5 hours.
Sometime's it can only be 45mins, others could be as much as 2 hours.
