Considering how important water is to the body, I though that it would be a good idea to use it as this weeks poll
How much water do you drink per day..(not counting coffee, juice etc) Conversions: 1pt = 2cups 1 pint = 16 fluid oz (US) or 0.473 litre ( l or L ) Imperial (UK) 20 fluid ounces = 1 pint = 0.568 litre

I hate to say this, but my daily liquid intake is as follows:
4 pints of water (of which two are with protein shakes) 4 pints of coffee 1 pint of juice 1 pint of milk and beer, sometimes

I drink a lot of water. I probably average about 10-12 pints a day.

I'm drinking 10 500ml bottles of water daily. Or 5 L, or 10.57 pints.
I'll have milk at dinner. Milk and beer sounds like an interesting combination...how is it working out for you Mark? lol |

Thanks for the poll, it has reminded me that I'm not drinking nearly enough water. I usually down 3 - 5 cups a day, but that's not going to cut it!

im in the 4-8 pints range normally.
i drink 15oz with my protein, 15-20 with my meal replacement, about 12-20oz during a workout, water randomly throughout the day, and i drink about 12oz thoughout the night (i sleep with a water bottle next to my bed because i always wake up with a dry mouth) i usually have to wake up at night to go to the bathroom, but i have no trouble falling back asleep. how many pints should i be getting a day? (im 6'5" 225 pounds and take cellmass) |
