Given that all males would like to have big arms, how many sets do you do for your biceps.....????

I do 6 sets usually barbell curls, seated curls then some weeks i do 3 more sets of hammer curls or reverse curls so i voted for 6 but sometimes its 9 but the last 3 sets focus on forearms

Six.

I've had good development with six sets, so I've kept it that way.

As with Shaun, I occasionally do an additional set of reverse curls or hammer curls for the forearms, but generally stick to six sets.

Right now I do 6 sets, and then a few sets of hammer curls (as Doug recommended).

I do 6 sets,
2 set standing curl
2 set preacher curl
2 set 45 degrees curl

Usually I change from one week to another one of the set to hammer or reverse curls

I do 9. Every now and then I will do 10, but never more than that

My arms get pretty flogged from doing my back, so they basically get hit 2 days a week.

lol, I have seen some guys workout more than 1 hour on biceps only!

18 sets for me 4 on preacher machine 4 ez bar curls 3 concentration curls ,3 on hammer then 4 on cables any less and i dont feal like ive done nothing i train heavy aswell

6 sets 1 warm up very lite high Reps15-20 , 4 near max and last set maxed out to my knowledge some times I could have done more weight. That usually make my bi's feel like I have worked them for a couple of hrs.
