The most effective supplement for me would be Whey protein, and next to that would be Creatine.

Wait a sec, did I screw somethin up? Is this where we make suggestions for new polls or was I supposed to create one? BTW, I agree with Doug, being that Doug is a fitness genius so doing anything else but agreeing with Doug is the fastest way to be wrong.

pmsl...Dont agree with me, even I get it wrong sometimes, just ask the girlfriend...lol. I dont know everything, just have over 30 yrs experience, and I am constantly learning new things. At the moment I am studying for an exam in Advanced sports nutrition to further my knowlege..In the fitness/training/bodybuilding there is always new things to learn.

What about how often do you do cardio? Sounds okay. Or something like do you think cardio is necessary for mass building?
