I didn't read this whole thread..duh..
Has there been one on # of sets per specific exercise? ie 1 set to failure, or 3-5 sets (of course with a constant like "for hypertrophy & strength"

That sounds like a realy intersting class i'll have to take that when I get to college, I'm goin to study kinesiology to be a personall trainer. You learn a lot in that class?
