how many calories do you consume each day?

this would have to be done as a percentage of the rest metabolic rate

ie:
my RBR is 30XX calories

do i consume 80%, 90%, 100%, 110%, 120% ?? etc

Who has your goal physique?

I feel this would be a very good poll. The members could post pictures of the person (we all have a goal image in our minds) that has the perfect physique for them. They could select from anybody Bodybuilders, Sports Figures, Actors, Personal Heroes, ect...

What do you think?

Good idea!

And how about a poll to see whether:

a) weight lifting has led a person to do another sport
b) another sport has led a person to weight lift
c) whether a person that initially started weights and moved to a sport, has continued the weights (still beneficial to the sport)
d) whether they have dropped the weights in order to concentrate on the sport.

List the sports in the post section of the poll, just to get an overview of the amount of variation there is on the forum at present.

Was just looking at a post about warming up/warming down. I think it would make a good poll. Personally, I dont warm up/warm down or even stretch!!!.
