Well, don't know if this is only me but how about "your total lift"(1RM Squat+bench+Deadlift)?
The options could be something like: 1. I don't care about my total lift/i don't keep a record 2. 0-300Lbs 3. 300-400Lbs 4. and so forth ![]() Don't know if anyone else would find this interesting - it's just a suggestion:P Mess

I agree that body building is not a competition as far as how much weight you can lift, but I find it interesting what some people can lift total or at what weights they workout with.

Well, i know bodybuilding isn't a competition, but still, when training your muscles there will be a strength aspect which i personally find quite interesting - also i think measuring your total lift can give a nice overview of your progress.
