Well, don't know if this is only me but how about "your total lift"(1RM Squat+bench+Deadlift)?
The options could be something like:
1. I don't care about my total lift/i don't keep a record
2. 0-300Lbs
3. 300-400Lbs
4. and so forth
Don't know if anyone else would find this interesting - it's just a suggestion:P

Weight training/bodybuilding is not about what you can lift, that is for powerlifters or egotistical people.....
What do other's think.....??????

I agree that body building is not a competition as far as how much weight you can lift, but I find it interesting what some people can lift total or at what weights they workout with.
Just my thoughts

Well, i know bodybuilding isn't a competition, but still, when training your muscles there will be a strength aspect which i personally find quite interesting - also i think measuring your total lift can give a nice overview of your progress.
Just my thoughts

I agree with what you have posted, but it can also be a complete demoralising as well, put it this way, I have pushed over 1300lbs for reps on my leg press machine. A person who is relatively new to training or someone who lacks motivation could look at that and say my 100 lb on the leg press is wasting my time and give up training. It is one of the main reasons that people give up training after starting in the gym normally in January, they realise that to lift bigger weights or to build quality muscle has to take a long time and a lot of effort with regard to training and nutrition....
Just my opinion.....Unless of course (as I said before) you are into powerlifting or olympic weight lifting
