Have never seen this one

Which muscle group is your weak point? Or which muscle group do you feel needs the most work?

Forum feedback is always a good idea to see how the forum is progressing or if members feel anything is missing....

Dougie,
How about a poll on where do you train? How many of us are there that train by themselves. You know in the comfort of their own homes. And what equipment people use at home. You already know what I use, but how about the rest of the people out there...or am I the only one?

Here's a poll suggestion: Which muscle group have you seen the most improvement in since you started working out?

examples: biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, quads, calves
