How about a poll on where do you train? How many of us are there that train by themselves. You know in the comfort of their own homes. And what equipment people use at home. You already know what I use, but how about the rest of the people out there...or am I the only one? -M

A home gym consisting of Bowflex Power-Pro XTL and power blocks(5-90) . As of 12/31/10 joined Urban active gym and exercising there for aerobics and legs, and sometimes mixing up the workout some. |
