Enjoy!
Rep+ Dave for the idea!

Thanks for putting this together, it may not be perfect, but it's a good way to figure out what we want our measurements to be.

waist shrinking....the waist is usually the LAST place to drop fat....my waist dropped 5 inches when I transitioned from 12% to 8%, it was pretty much the only place I had fat left. But like doug said u can only lose it IF there is fat there...
As for Liverpool - Barca final I reckon u might be right mate...simply cos an all English final seems jinxed to simply not happen! LOL

Riise has no right foot, that is why...but I still think he is class and he'll come back stronger. He BETTER he has to play next week now Aurelio is done for the season!!
Come on you reds!!!!

When measuring arms do you measure them when they are straight or bent?

I'm only 5 foot 5 and it said I need 16.4 inch biceps. Obviously the bicep size is based solely on wrist size, because my arms are a bit smaller then 15 inches and look pretty solid and at my height, 16.4 inch biceps would look enormous.

It gives you 'ideal' measurments for competition size, it's just to give you an idea!
