No, the bench is to be used as the dumbell

Where is the typo?

The routine gives:
Barbell Curl 3 sets, 8, 8, 6 reps
Inline Bench Dumbbell Curl 3 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell Preacher Curl 3 sets x 8 reps

The incline bench dumbbell curl is with the back of the seat declined, the further back the back of the bench is the greater the difficulty the exercise

Thursday's shoulder routine lists 3 sets for the Seated Dumbbell Press. 3 sets of 10, 10, 8, 8. Should be 4 sets.
