No, the bench is to be used as the dumbell

He's saying it's spelt inline and should be inCline

But that's not a typo, it's a skating routine on bench with dumbbells  the latter of which I hasten to add is generally spelt wrong by most of us

Thursday's shoulder routine lists 3 sets for the Seated Dumbbell Press. 3 sets of 10, 10, 8, 8. Should be 4 sets.
