Common mistakes for squatting #1 says "You can ensure your back is straight my keeping eyes facing forward, chest out, shoulder blades back, and back arched." Should say by.
#3 says "To prevent this keep the rep timing slow and controlled and sick your buttocks out as you go down." Should say stick.

The exercise instruction for the rocking standing calf raise "Grasp a barbell at a wider wider than shoulder width and place it across across the muscles on the top of your back."
