ehm, wich one of them?
the one I use now, or the one for football?

And, another thing.
I don't get this.

Some says, you only should workout bodyparts near to eachother,
at one training pass, becouse of something with the blood to do,

and not to train abs and back at the same time either,
becouse it wouldn't be healthy.

Could somebody explain it to me?

This is not my area, so i this have confused me alot..
And, i really appriciate all the help from the forum, thanx alot

Use the one on the forum, that way it will give you a change from your normal workout....

Using the bodyparts that are near to each other is not true...as long as you do all the exercises for the given bodypart, example, if you were doing legs and shoulders, do all the leg exercises and then the shoulder exercises.

Makes no difference when you train abs, as both back and abs are two entirely different bodyparts....

Tialdude,

I played football for 13 years and most of it on the line and in the linebacker position. If your looking at the d line and linebacker position you will want to gain as much strength as possible (of course, info all over this website), but you will also want to gain speed for this position, in your legs and hands to shed off blockers. Ladder drills and plyometrics work great for the leg speed, and hand movements such as a speed bag or simply placing a pad on the wall and trying to keep it from falling by hitting it as fast as you can will help you in this. Good luck
