maybe plyometrics if you wanna get fancy.
seems to me the best way is to train all three pieces just by doing them.
but I do notice my swimming, pedaling and running all strengthen significantly when I just do a regular weightlifting using compound exercises. check out the workout section for ideas.

Running of course!
Do a sprinting workout.

Warm up for 5 minutes with leg streches and other streches for 5 minutes before the workout.
Drink a cup of cold water.
Run at FULL speed for 60 seconds. 9-10 from a scale of 1-10 on your speed levels.
Run at a comfortable pace right afterwards for 3 minutes. 5-6 from a scale of 1-10 on your speed levels.
Do this 3 times a week for 3 weeks, then increase it to a minute 30 seconds. Etc.
Increase by 30 seconds every 3 weeks.
Or even more time if you feel you can do it!
Leg presses are good too.
Do a 3 sets of 10 reps at a heavy weight.
Then rest for 3 minutes and do 3 sets of 10 reps at a comfortable weight.

As he said also, biking and swimming! Go for it!
But remember not to overwork the legs.
Build the ENTIRE body.
Not just the legs.
But focus on what your aiming for regardless!
Oh, and also, do not do cardio before your workout on the same day.
Do it afterwards.

Best of blessings upon 'ye.
