Default 10 Week Mass Building Program

Is this an all around solid routine for someone who is bulking?

Each excercise has a few sets that progressively reduce the number of reps, should you be adding weight as you go through the sets? I notice against tricep extensions it says progressively add weight but no where else?

Typically whenever you see multiple sets (4 Sets) with 12,10,8,8 it means to increase the weight as the reps go down.

It is strange that they only instruct you to "progessively add weight" on that one tricep exercise but you should always be adding weight to a set/rep scheme where the reps decrease each successive set.

Now if it was 3 X 8 reps or (8,8,8) then the weight stays the same.

I can see how that statement on the tricep exercise makes it confusing.

Does that help clear it up?

Thanks for that mate, this is what I thought, the only thing that threw me was that it was mentioned once only.

    Cheers

Should you go as heavy as you can with this routine? Or should it be a decent amount of weight?
