    Default Nutrex Lipo 6 and Hot-Rox

    i want to cut , i want to lose 20KG in the next 3 month

    even if i can do that naturally , i want to do it fast , to increase my enthusiasm

    so any comments about Nutrex Lipo 6 and Hot-Rox

    There is no fast easy solutions to fat loss, and especially adding thermogenic supplements...

    A word of advice that came from a cardiologist. "A heart that beats fast will wear out and stop quicker than a heart that beats slow".....Thermogenics make the heart beat faster though the day...!

    That question tells me that the diet is not so good then....lol

    Whey protein is supperb, excellent after training as it is fast digesting, and is normally taken with some simple carbs. The rest of the drinks in the day should be slower digesting, so you could take the whey with milk or have it with some solid food and some essential fats....

    thanks a lot man , no actually the diet is good ,

    but its went off for about 2 month , thats why i want to see fast results to stabilize it and seek further , got me
