    Default Cutting cycle

I'm thinking about starting a cutting cycle.

I really have never done any kind of cutting before. I've looked at several different routines, and really don't like any of them for me.

Can you send me some links to some cutting routines that you like? Or some links to just give me some starting info for cutting?

routine doesnt really matter just focus on big compound movements

diet is the most important factor when cutting

cardio can also assist in losing weight
for info on cutting check the articles on this site
    220lbs, 13-14%bf,

Hypertrophy is something that can be achieved with pretty much any intensity of load, as long as the work is progressive.

Thanks YoRR. I'm not really excited about the cutting. I feel the bulking seems much easier

I'm going to start the cut on 05-14-12. That will at least give me a couple weeks before our cruise, and then I have the whole month of June to cut before our vacation to the beach.

I am 235lb at 16% BF. I would eventually like to cut down to the single digits, but I am well aware that is not happening any time soon. I would say that I would like to get down to about 13% by the end of the summer. Do you think that is doable?

Yeah do whatever routine you want while cutting. It's a lot of diet. Focus on retaining strength and lean mass in your workouts and calories, and you are all good.

So, I have a busy next month and a half left. Cruise at the end of this month, and beach trip at the end of next month for the anniversary. I've decided that I'm not going to start cutting right now. I've been planning on a two month serious bulk beginning the first of July. Until then, I will just keep on keepin' on. After that, I will start the cut. Thanks guys.
