    Default Just Starting Out. Advice Please..

    Hey guys just starting to work out.. i am around 5' 6 135lbs.. How is this for a beginnner.. i am looking to gain some muscle.. currently researching on some diet plans.. will be drinking monster mass during the work outs.. Let me know what you guys think and any advice would be nice. also will be working out at home.. have dumbbells a benchpress and a cable machine.. planing to stay with this for about 6-7 weeks then switch to something else..

    3 days a week..

    MON-Chest/Triceps
    -Dumbbell Bench Press -----------4x10-12
    -Incline Dumbbell Bench Press -------3x10-12
    -Reverse Grip Tricep Extension --------4x10-12
    -Rope Tricep Extension --------3x10-12

    WED-Back/Biceps
    -Seated Row-------4x10-12
    -Lat Pull Down -------3x10-12
    -One Arm Dumbbell Row ------4x10-12
    -Barbell Curls --------3x10-12

    FRI-Shoulders/Legs
    -Dumbbell Lateral Raise ---------4x10-12
    -Seated Dumbbell Press ---------3x10-12
    -Barbell Upward Row --------3x10-12

    Dont know what to do for legs at the moment.. maybe some squats. any advice for legs would be great. also is it ok to do abs on rest day instead of workout day

    Definitely squats for legs, I would do stiff legged dead lifts too. I would do deadlifts on back day also. Why the dumbell benching instead of barbell?

    idk i guess i wanna get better with dumbbells so i can have more control.. i hear it works out parts of your muscle that helps with shaking or wobbling..
