    Smile Please help. Novice

    Stuck at 135 pounds. Want to increase muscle and weight. My workout includes push ups, bench press, curls, basic free weight workouts. Please advice.

    How's your diet? Being stuck at a certain weight is very likely to occur because you are not eating enough for your goal.
