you can tell it must have been a slow news day.

wait wait....you mean a diet high in refined sugars eating well over your BMR and not exercising can cause health problems?

What was most interesting was that the effects of a high sugar diet that usually manifest themselves in older adulthood... and the associated diseases are being found in teenagers.

America's 20 year experiment going "low fat" but adding sugars or corn syrup hasn't worked too well.

Also interesting is the study that linked serum cholesterol to sugar intake and not to dietary fat as per standard doctrine.

this is because almost 100% of teenagers are now obese and sedentary like a 50 yo adult...then they blame ''depression'' for his problems and actions... of course you are gonna be depressed if you look like a pregnat cow and you're just 20...and ofcourse you are going to look like a pregnat cow if you are sedentary, eat garbage and drink alcohol all the time you have the chance
I do not count reps, I make every rep count !!

interesting, but not surprising. even if you ate poor as a teenager back in the day, chances are you were still physically active for much of your youth. less so these days, so the physical activity is no longer there to counter the diet.

i wasnt aware that the idea of a low fat diet or things like refined sugars were limited to america.

whats funny is the pregnant cows ive seen actually look healthier than the obese women. farmers make it a point to keep their cattle eating well

moving to OH not long ago was a culture shock for obesity, its rampant here. much more so than the northeast where i lived prior.

of course the poor health care and education here are probably to blame a bit.
