Hey Hunter, just checking-in on your log.

What diet strategy are you using for your weight loss quest?

Have you looked into Paleo at all?

Supplementing with Vitamin D has kept me cold free all year. You may want to add it to your stack if you're not already taking it. 4,000 - 8,000 I.U.s a day.

    Good luck my friend.

Just a basic -500 calorie per day. Although I've moved it to -600 because I tried -300 and -400 and -500 and have stayed the same weight. However with being on test shots I think my body is really jacked up right now.
I did look into the paleo diet and it's not for me. There are way too many things that the diet says you can't eat for me to ever follow it
I take a multi and I'm taking a calcium with vita D supplement currently(approx 1000IU per day of vita D). I have a vita D deffiency but I don't get a full blood test again til the end of May. Had to take vita d supplement once a week for a month but nothing more til i get checked again. They will check my test levels, vita D, and cholesterol among other things.
    Thanks for stopping in

Considering i was sick, workout went well. Worked out earlier in the day because my wife was home sick, i wish i could do this all the time. I prefer lifting in the middle of the day vs at night. Had a cough drop in the whole workout so i wasnt coughing the whole time. Felt pretty good considering, but i was sweating like a pig. Took a video of my squats and posted it in video section to get advice on my form, which i hope is pretty solid cause it feels right. First day taking XTend before and during workout. Overall a good workout for feeling like sh!t

Good workout considering i was still sick. Tired of being sick! Went up +15lbs on squat and it felt good, video link above for first set. Military Press was much harder this time. I believe I'm closer to topping out on that lift at my current strength. Not sure if I'll be able to increase it much next time. Deadlift felt really good, felt really smooth even going up 25lbs. Overall a good workout. Now go away cold!!!

Another strong session Hunter. Big progressions on weight! From here on out I would suggest no more than +5 on MP, that lift is pretty tough to increase weight rapidly!

For being under the weather (not just with the cold, but pretty much all of the time, considering your headaches), it's awesome to see your determination to fight through all of that, and still push yourself to lift..and to keep improving.

    I LOVE YOUR ATTITUDE!

    No excuses.

    Keep pushing it Jay!

Thanks for stopping in majavojnovic, yea I maybe should skip a workout or two to get better, but I don't want to have regrets. I feel better when i do lift, physically and emotionally. Trying to take full advantage of my off days. I'll get better eventually

I think that box is too high and its limiting your natural depth, so you are leaning foward a bit, besides that looks solid!

Yea that was brought up, and opening my knees more. I'm going to use a lower box although that one is below parallel. Tomorrow is a whole new workout
