I recently noticed wal-mart sells a "Chuck tender roast." 3.5 g fat and 21 protein per 4 oz. This is pretty lean compared to all the 18 fat per serving i see on everything else. I made a roast with one. Yesterday I crock potted one drained all the juice shredded and added bbq sauce. Probably made it about 1 g fat and 24 protein per serving plus bbq sauce carbs. Just a heads up.
