    Unhappy weight issues

    when i started going to the gym, i gained visible results on gaining weight and body mass but recently as i go on, im starting to worry that instead of building muscle.. i gain fat especially on my tummy area
    from skinny to "i-dont-know-where-im-heading-to-built"

    Hows your eating / diet?

    Excess fat gained is most if not all cases diet related - eating too much of a surplus ( more than you require for your goal of gaining muscle ) coupled with poor quality foods and/or poor eating habits will go a long way in promoting excess fat storage.

    another thing is i react to certain protein sources.. hives and skin allergies. i dont know...

    i drink enough water.. i always find time to drink water.. but i dont monitor.. sometimes i think i "underdrink"

    too much of a calorie surplus , not enough water, too much unneeded fat in your diet , fast food s or too much fried foods? maybe you eat lots of salt & sugar ! i dont know ! if its not those then you may need to have a look at your training intensity and progression.
