    Default I needs help.

    I have limited equipment, so I will list the exercises, and could someone advise me on I can turn them into workouts?

    I have: 1 long rod
    2 small rods
    A bench

    Weights:
    2.5 pound X2
    5 pound X4
    10 pound X2

    That is all.

    I know it's not that great but what workouts can I do for muscle building. The full body routine my trainer gave me got a lot of hate here...
    3X squats
    3X deadlifts
    5X pushups
    3X bench presses
    3X rows
    3X shoulder presses
    3X hollow body
    3X dips
    3X pull ups

    Why not just check kijiji for some spare plates so you can have more weight? What you have there is extremely minimal, and people are often just giving stuff like this away on kijiji or craigslist, if not completely free then pretty close to free.

    You've got a total of 45lbs + whatever the bars weigh, which even as a beginner starting with very little strength won't take you very far - there's no substitute for more weight really.

    Okay I was thinking of looking into a gym membership. Then I could do some of those good muscle building workouts here....
