That technically doing 5 mins of hiit after every training day would be highly benificial to strength and size gains ...
I say this because I already knew that hiit is a great cardio workout and on a past cutting routine I've tried it and it has worked very well but the other day I was watching something on bbc a horizon episode about exercise etc and there were scientists showing how much better hiit is too and showing how it can greatly effect insulin levels etc but also your kg intake of oxygen... Which got me thinking the greater amount of oxygen I can take in then the more I can supply myuscles therefore being able to work better which in turn will help me go up weights faster therefore getting stronger and fitter...
If anyone wants to check the program out about what I'm going on about it's online on the bbc iplayer and is called horizon: the truth about exercise
It might explain my point clearly ...
