    Default strength increasing workout after starting strenght

    i have been doing starting strength for about a year and i have stopped gaining strength. what workout should i do next? my goals are getting stronger and burning fat.

    I really enjoyed Bill Starr's 5x5, it has everything and still focuses on the main lifts.

    Also theres Wendlers 5/3/1 and it's great workout plan too!

    If want to you can deload and test your numbers before starting a new program. And if you decide to deload take it easy for the whole week.
