His trainer then told me that he was on his way to the doctor. This makes me really upset because I feel like it's the responsibility of his trainer to tell him to stay home if he is that sick. When he got me sick on monday he said he had been sick for like 3 days and he is still in there. So his trainer could get paid, she puts the health of everyone else at the gym at risk. It has so far ruined half of my week in the gym, and I don't feel right now like I'm gonna have everything in the tank for deadlift tomorrow. Really disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion.
    That sucks but still a good workout, hope your feeling better soon bud!

    Take some rest dude, dont workout when your sick your just supressing your immune system and allowing your body to get worse. Just take a day off chalk it up as a normal off day and resume when your better.

    I can accept that I think I'm gonna take your advice on this one LB, instead of knocking out a lackluster performance tomorrow I'm just gonna continue to rest up and be 100% on Monday. Thats fine anyway, I have a Chicken cordon bleu casserole to make tomorrow.

    Making a new, more permanent, log. This was a great first try. Total gains 8lbs, minimal fat. Added 35lbs to bench, 50lbs to squat, 25 to deadlift. Overall I'm pleased I feel like I've lost a small amount of the fat gained in the last 2 weeks and I'm ready to clean bulk.
