    Default Beginner or Intermediate?

    Hey guys,

I'm 19, have been lifting for over a year now, but only about 6 months with a solid routine from here. Just curious if I should be using a 3 day full-body workout with more compound work or if Doug's 4 day Split is alright for someone like me.

    OHP: 115 x12, x10, x7, x6 today
    Bench Press: 170 x12, x10, x8, x6
    Squat: 185 x12, x10; 205 x8, x6

Those are some numbers. I don't want to stump my progress by doing a split if I should be hitting higher compounds first! Thanks

    Default

Both split and full body routines work and can yield results.

You could use a split or a full body, it largely depends on what you want to achieve from your training.

    Again, both are effective methods
    Consistency is the key

I'll probably keep using D4DS until I plateau then. Thanks!
