i know this has probably been asked before, but is it ok to eat oats raw. and when i say oats i mean porridge oats.
iv seen a few people on here say they put oats into a blender with other ingredients.

Blended tastes, feels, and looks horrible. I've done it and it really doesn't add much to the shake... just forms a layer on the bottom few inches and ruins the rest of the drink.

Yup, this is how I make mine. I end up just eating the oats in the bottom but barely chew them.

If you let the oats soak in the milk in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before blending them, they will blend a lot better. Still some at the bottom but not near as bad.

Its hard to make a good shake with oats, bu adding a little more of water/milk/juice helps a lot, I'm taking like 2 shakes with oats like snacks. banana + oats + 300ml milk (run out whey) + 4 ice cubes. very liquid
I do not count reps, I make every rep count !!
