    Default my pre bed smoothie/shake

    150ml skimmed milk
    1 scoop/25g whey (I use strawberry)
    1 heaped tablespoon organic peanut butter
    half a frozen banana
    100g frozen berries
    3/4 ice cubes

    swish it all in a blender..it turns out nice and thick..yum yum!!

    378 cals
    32g Carbs
    15g fat
    32g protein

    what time are you puttin this down, like really right before bed? seems like a nice way to end the day, but a better way to start it lol

    I go a cup and a half of fat free milk. 13g protein
    A scoop and a half of whey...38g protein
    A scoops of peanut butter. 7g of fat
    And a 1/3 scoop of costco frozen berries.

    Best tasting thing ever!
