Hey all, im Andy from New Zealand.
Im fresh to the forums of M&S but i have been a member of the site for the past few years.
I am 21 years old and went through a transformation (body and life) about 2 years ago (with the help of the workouts & info here). I was originally weighing around 100kgs (220lbs) when i was 18 and stood at around 5 foot 9...great huh?! haha.
To cut a long story short after learning what to do and not to do when it comes to training and nutrition i managed to drop my weight from 100kgs to 70kgs in 11months.
Since dropping the weight i have been training at least 4 days a week with a "pretty good" diet and have managed to keep off the chub and gain a bit of muscle here and there and cruise around the 80-85kg mark. Although i haven't been fully disciplined partly to do with the fact that the Earthquakes destroyed my local gym that was minutes away from my university. This is going to change as im still not happy with my overall physique with quite a bit of "left over" skin and fat to fill muscle with.
So yeah over the next year i will be training hard and eating clean to work my way to a happy physique
