    As Gabro mentioned, I'm after sex appeal. So strength isn't such a biggie for me. Ultimately my target is the 11% bf with decent amount of muscles to show.     You wont get big without getting strong. Take Graeme for example, his lifts are Squat 365x10, Bench 315x3, Deadlift 500. That is STRONG, thats why he is big.

    Agreed, but he didn't get that way JUST from compounds. Isolations are a must for aesthetics. I did military presses till the cows came home. When I put my lateral, front and rear raises into high gear, THAT'S when I saw the striations and lines AND size come in.

    I found the opposite to be true. When I focused on correctly performed overhead press with tucked elbows and correct back position, my delts and tris blew up.
