I am about to embark on the following routine;
I have a couple of questions to ask, please see below;
What days do I perform cardio? Taking into consideration my goal is to lose weight, is 5 days a week sufficient after weights?
I'm not entirely sure what all the exercises are as I've not performed them all before, I have tried to find the relevant videos but I can't seem to find them in the videos section. Are they on the site somewhere else, if not, where can I find them?
