    Default how often should eat

    6"2 150..will begin training for college football tryout monday..any ideas on how often i should eat..or tips ? im training for wide receiver

    Every minute of every day 6'2" 150 is small, no offense.

    Honest answer: as often as you need to in order to meet your calorie goal (which should probably be in the ball park of 4000, if not more).

    i know i am small i have never worked out straight but i am very cut naturally n tend to be stronger than people who have 20-30 pounds on me or more..which is why i am even more interested in getting more fit plus realistically those guys over there r going to be huge..im 19 turning 20..i know i need about 4000 but some one told me i should eat every 6 hours or so.. i wanted to see what u guys think..

    People have their own thoughts on this but I try to eat every 2-3 hrs and make sure that each meal has about 30g+ protein.
